| 摘 要： | 以警察体制中管理和结构的集中或分散程度为基准，警察教育模式可分为英美模式、欧洲大陆模式和发展中国家模式。英美模式和欧洲大陆模式的相同点是以学历教育和职业教育相结合为大方向，以职业训练为侧重，具备学以致用和突出实践的教学方式、理论扎实和实战经验丰富的教师队伍、设施齐全和标准较高的教学投入、管理规范和制度健全的在职培训等显著特点。

| Abstract: | The mode of police education can be classified to be English-American mode,European mode and developing country mode according to the degree of concentration or distraction in administration and structure in police education system.English-American mode and European mode both focus on school education and career education,along with professional training.They are rich in applying theory to practice,well-founded and experienced teachers,well-equipped facilities,high-standard teaching investment,administration and system. |
