| 摘 要： | 法学专业教学应当服从于不断发展变化中的法律人才培养目标。法律人才的专业能力应当是对法律知其然、知其所以然、知其应然及知其用,此为法学教学的核心任务。在法学教学中,应当充分发挥"司法考试"和"研究生入学考试"这两个指挥棒的作用,特别注重培养具有复合性、实践性和创新性的高素质法律人才。

| Abstract: | The law professional teaching should obey the cultivation target of law talent which is constantly developing and changing.The law professional ability of knowing what is law,why the law is formulated,why it should be and how to applicate is the core task of law professional teaching.In law professional teaching,it should be specially emphasized to cultivate a compound,practical and creative law talent with high quality by fully exerting the founction of the two batons of judicial examination and post-graduate admission examination. |
