| Abstract: | The teachers congress of the higher colleges and universities must go forward with the times at the new stage in the new century, and the teachers congress system should keep in step with the reform and development of the higher colleges and universities, we should enrich and improve the construction of the teachers congress system, we build up one set of work system making the detailed, specific and strong operation match with it, in this way, we can fit in with the needs of the rapid development of the higher education and the demand of strengthening the construction of the political civilization. |
