| Abstract: | With the labor contract law implemented nearly three years,and with the reform of personnel system going further deeply,the personnel management of colleges,especially that of the non-official personnel has confronted with new challenges.In order to settle the issue,it is expected to standard the management of labor contract,establish and improve the prevention and settlement mechanism of labor dispute,which is of great significance to realize the harmonious development of college campus. |
