| 摘 要： | 瑶族是历史悠久、文化丰富的居住在我国南方的民族。文章通过对广西金秀瑶族自治县六巷瑶族村规民约的分析，指出固有的瑶族习惯法对村规民约制定目的、具体程序、修订完善等方面具有直接的影响，瑶族固有习惯法通过村规民约形式在当代瑶族地区发挥作用。
