政治合法性视域下的“先富”与“共富”

“先富”和“共富”是我国改革开放以降实行的社会主义富裕政策，在改革发展的历史中发挥着重要作用。它们作为一种公共政策本身就有合法性属性，同时，自身也承载着支撑政治系统合法性的功能。在我国社会主义建设中，实现人民富裕、国家富强是“富裕”政策的合法性基础；“先富”在改革之初为打破平均、摆脱贫困功不可没，具有历史时代的合法性，但随着改革的深化、贫富的分化，“先富”的政治合法性下降，“共富”成为人们关注的焦点，其合法性程度上升。因此，当前实现“社会公平正义”的“共富”才是硬道理。
