提升幸福指数 推动广西“富民强桂＂新跨越

上世纪七十年代，不丹国王提出了由经济均衡发展、保护环境、坚持传统文化和实行善治良政四个方面构成的“国民幸福总值”（GNH）来替代通常国家单纯追求GDP的理念得到了许多欧美国家的倡导。告别GDP崇拜、缔造幸福中国，成为今年“两会”报告和“十二五”规划的共识。在新的发展时期，广西应创新发展理念，以创新幸福指数考核体系为突破点，以阳光选拔任用领导干部为切入点，推动广西“富民强桂”新跨越。
