摘    要:外聘教师是高职院校教师队伍中很重要的一支生力军,目前,许多高职院校对外聘教师的聘任和管理还没有一套较完善的办法,这在一定程度上制约了外聘教师在高职院校里的作用,使他们的能力没有得到充分的发挥,影响了高职教育的质量。因此,如何应用现代管理法则,规范外聘教师聘任与管理中的每一个环节是做好这项工作的关键。

Abstract:Part-time teachers form a vital new force on the teaching staff of vocational colleges. At present, the lack of effective measures to engage and control this part of the teaching staff conditions their roles played in higher vocational education and fails them to give full play to their professional abilities; which obviously influences the quality of higher vocational education. Therefore, how to conform every sector of the engagement and the control to norms in accordance with modern management model is the key to the settlement of the issue.
