| 摘 要： | 法律理性是法律与理性有机结合的产物，是现代法的内在精神品质，也是现代法治社会的一种精神追求。法学教育应当强化法科学生以法律理性和人文精神为核心的法学学术和法学思想的培育，重视法律伦理和法律职业品格的塑造，崇尚人类公平正义的法律信念，秉承法律信仰、塑造法科学生的法律理性人格。

| Abstract: | Legal reason is organized result of law and reason. Legal reason is the inherent spiritual quality of the modern law, and a kind of spirit of the modern society governed by law that is pursued. The education of science of law should strengthen the cultivation of the student＇s academy and law science thought with legal reason and humane spirit as the core, stress the moulding of legal ethics and professional character, pursue legal faith in human justice, so as to mould the rational personality of the law students. |
