| 摘 要： | “三个代表”重要思想在回答21世纪“建设一个什么样的党、怎样建设党”这一根本问题时。创造性地提出了“两个先锋队”和“两个基础”的重要观点。“两个先锋队”的科学概括．揭示了党的先进性的时代内涵,为我们党从社会结构性变化的实际出发来增强阶级基础和扩大群众基础提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | The important idea of"three representatives",while answering the basic questions of what party to construct and how to construct the party,creatively puts forward the important idea of"two vanguards"and"two foundations".The scientific generalization of"two vanguards"reveals the connotation of the party's nature of being advanced,thus providing the theoretical basis for our party to increase class basis and to enlarge mass basis from the reality of structural changes of society. |
