| 摘 要： | 近年来,昭通市昭阳区处于发案率高,人民内部矛盾凸显,治安热点和群体性事件不断增多的时期,维护社会稳定和治安秩序的任务十分艰巨而繁重。力争经过三年时间的努力,建立和完善社会治安"八大"防控体系。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the incidence of criminal cases in the Zhaoyang District of Zhaotong City has increased.The contradiction among people has been exposed.It's a difficult and exigent task to uphold social stability and public order in this period featured by hotspots of social order and mass disturbances.A prevention and control system aiming at "the Most Important Eights" will be established and completed within three years with great effort. |
