| Abstract: | The root to prevent and control securities crime is to promote the innovation of securities market system from the angle of system. The writer discussed how to response to securities crime in the background of new system considering two trends in the development of securities market system , namely, financial mixed management and full circulation of state-owned stock and corporation stock. |
