| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着越来越多的损害国家利益、社会公共利益的案件的发生，公益诉讼成为社会关注的热点。我国现行法律还没有对公益诉讼做出明确规定，当损害公益的案件发生时，哪些主体有资格提起公益诉讼，公益诉讼的主体范围怎样界定，文章提出了公益诉讼主体多元化与合理化的主张。

| Abstract: | The cases those hurts country and social public interests happened frequently in recent years. Public interests litigation becomes to be a hotspot problem in society. This kind of litigation does not prescribe in current law. The qualification of the person who can institute the public interests litigation as the case happened is not definitude. The article puts forward the opinion to boundary the range of principle part. |
