对高校学分制改革的思考

以推行学分制为核心的高校教学管理体制改革,是上世纪八十年代以来中国高等教育改革的一项重要内容。学分制在弘扬学生个性,推进素质教育,提高人才培养质量等方面取得了引人注目的成效。但在实践中也面临着一些新的问题,影响到学分制的有效实施和学分制管理作用的充分发挥。本文以高校学分制改革实践有关问题为切入点,探讨如何改革和完善高等教育学分制教学管理机制问题,寻求建立适合社会发展需要的高素质人才的培养模式。

On Credit System Reform in Universities

China has implemented higher education management reform since 1980s,of which credit system is the core content.Credit system so far has achieved prominent success in cultivating students' personality,boosting quality education and enhancing talent's capacity,however,we have encountered some new problems in practice,which strongly hinder the effect of credit system.This article is intended to explore how to reform and improve the management of credit system in higher education based on the problems concerned with its practice,thereby seek to establish a pattern fit for the development of the society and to produce talent with higher quality.
