| 摘 要： | 当前银行内部安全保卫工作的现状,已不符合银行发展的本质需求和社会发展的外部要求,必须在改革进程中积极探索加强银行内部安全保卫工作的新思路。一是各级领导要高度重视;二是明确安全防范职责;三是健全保卫机构;四是建立保卫干部培训机制。

| Abstract: | Current situation of bank interior guard cannot meet the demands of development in bank and society, and so new ways are in great need to strengthen the guard. Some suggestion is as followed: strengthening each level leaders' concern; making duty of guard clear; setting up good institution for guard; establishing training system for guard personnel. |
