| 摘 要： | 新加坡不仅在经济上领先其他国家,在司法体制上也形成了一套完整而高效的独特运作体系。本文立足于新加坡宪法,从对新加坡的司法制度发展过程及司法体系介绍来研究其警察制度,警察部队的主要职权。通过研究新加坡的警察制度来为中国警察制度改革提出可借鉴之处。
