| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着手机、互联网等通信工具和网络技术的广泛应用,我国电信诈骗犯罪呈持续高发态势,给人民财产安全造成重大损失。当前,电信诈骗案件呈现出犯罪集团化、作案手段更趋隐蔽化等新趋势,公安机关打击中存在定性难、取证难、追逃难、追缴涉案资金难等侦查难点。
