讯问笔录制作的再思考

讯问笔录要反映讯问活动的全过程,全面、完整、准确地记载侦查人员的提问和所采用的讯问方法,从笔录中要全面了解犯罪嫌疑人有罪、罪重的供述和无罪、罪轻的辩解,以及犯罪嫌疑人的认罪态度。但在实际办案中,许多办案人员对其重要性认识不足,讯问不仔细、记录马虎了事,特别不注意笔录中的几个重要环节,致使讯问笔录质量不高,甚至严重失误,严重影响案件证据的固定,危害极大,不容小视。
