| Abstract: | 20 years of exploration and experiment of prosecutorial supervision of administrative proceedings indicates that: Prosecutorial supervision of administrative proceedings starts from transplantation,has not been stereotypes is its development status,respect for reason,tradition and the law is its way to perfect,local exploration is its evolutionary path. |
