| 摘 要： | 加强和改进派出所工作应全面启动派出所民警素质培训,提升公安民警综合能力;坚持从严治警,强化队伍管理;坚持以人为本,强化从优待警;为派出所减负减压,建立健全社会救助联动机制;加强信息化建设,走科技强警之路;严格落实案件审查、审核、督办制度,加强业务指导和执法质量检查,建立群众监督机制,提高办案质量;加大投入,加强管理,努力改善派出所工作条件。
