摘    要:警察院校学生在社会化方面遇到的困难较一般院校更为突出和复杂,但其职业对其社会化的要求却比一般院校要高。课程,作为警察院校学生学习的主要载体,对学生的社会化具有举足轻重的重要作用和影响。因此,警察院校需要从课程内容设置、授课方法、通识课程建设、潜在课程建设以及指导教师等层面着手,加大课程改革、建设的力度,充分发挥课程在学生社会化方面的作用和影响。

Abstract:Compared with general colleges and universities,students’ problems in socialization seems more dominant and complicated and the professional requirements for their socialization is higher in police academies.Being a primary carrier of students’ learning in police academies,curriculum plays a decisive role and has great impact on students’ socialization.Therefore,police academies are expected to intensify curriculum reform and development,and strive to bring curriculum into full play and influence on students’ socialization from the perspectives of curriculum design,teaching methods,potential curriculum development and faculty supervisors,etc.
