| 摘 要： | 国籍问题是一个古老而常新的课题。欧洲理事会在统一国籍法方面作了许多有益的工作 ,其最新成果《欧洲国籍公约》已产生了广泛的影响。这不仅有助于解决欧洲地区的国籍冲突 ,而且对整个国际社会解决国籍冲突和构筑世界性的统一国籍法也有示范作用。

| Abstract: | The issue of nationality has been being studied for many decades.Europe Commission has made a contribution in the Unification of Nationality Law.The European Convention on Nationality,which is the latest achievement of Europe Comission,has become popular.This convention not only helps to settle the conflict of nationality in Europe,but also sets an example for the whole international society resolving the conflict of nationality and the construction of the unified Nationality Law in the whole world. |
