摘    要:本文介绍一种一次检测微量血痕的种属来源、ABO 型、红细胞酶 EsD、PGM_1表型的方法。用盲法共测151份已知血痕种属来源 ABO 血型、EsD 与 PGM_1表型的血痕纤维,均能正确判型、吻合率为100%。

Abstract:A reliable procedure for the simultaneous identification of blood,determination of blood species origin,ABH antigens and phenotypes of isoenzyme markers from a 0.8cm bloodstained thread is described.Resultobtained from known samples under blind trial conditions were consistens with those obtained in conventioual;individual test.The conicident rate was 100%.
