我国侦查学科的产生和发展

现代意义的侦查学产生于十九世纪末的西方。我国二十世纪初期进行司法制度改革．首次引入并逐渐发展了侦查学的理论和实践。解放后，中国共产党建立了人民政权,在侦查学领域引入了苏联刑事侦查学的学科体系。改革开放后，我国的侦查学走上了快速、自主发展的道路，取得了丰硕的成果。

Formation and Development of Criminal Investigation Science in China

The modern significance of crimi nal investigation produced at the end of the nineteenth Century, was first introduced to our country during China＇s judicial system reform in the early twentieth Century. After the liberation, the government invited the Former Soviet expert in criminal investigation field to participate our contribution of crime investigating system. After 1980 ＇s, our country＇s criminal investigation embarked on a rapid, independent development, and achieved fruitful results.
