公安院校警体技能课余训练制约因素分析及机制构建探讨

正通过文献资料，实地访谈、坐谈和个案调查等方法，对四川警察学院以及部分同类兄弟院校警体技能课余训练现状进行了调查，分析探讨了当前公安院校课余训练开展过程中存在的问题，并针对问题提出理论支持和实践参考。研究发现，当前我国部分公安院校警体技能教育“重课堂、轻课余”现象仍然存在。课余训练科目单一、竞赛形式传统；学生终身体育意识不强；师资匮乏，能动性不高；场地设备有限；领导重视不够；课余训练管理保障机制欠缺等问题，是制约课余训练良性开展的主要素。

On the Construction of Training Mechanism on After-class Police Physical Skills in Police College

At present, it remains a fact that education in police college physical training attaches too many attention to the class training while neglecting after-class practice. There are lots of weaknesses in this kind of education： mechanical in training and traditional in competition; lacking lifelong sports consciousness in students＇ mind; lacking qualified and active training officers, places and equipments,; insufficient attention from the leadership; inefficient management guarantee mechanism on after-class training, and so on. And they are the main force to give negative influence to the police physical training. This paper tries to put for- ward theories support, and discussion based on practice, in order to implement a more scientific way to man- age police physical training, promote the levels of police physical skills sustainably, efficiently, and compre- hensively.
