| 摘 要： | 网络既是一种经济运行方式,又是一种文化现象。网络文化既区别于传统文化,又是在传统文化基础上的文化裂变,具有体系的开放性、形式的结构性、内容的动态性和制约的松散性等特性,全方位地冲击和影响了传统文化。针对"法轮功"等邪教组织的网络"信息轰炸"、"文化殖民"、"信息恐怖"和"信息欺诈"的威胁与挑战,在互联网为代表的信息技术时代,深化反邪教斗争中,必须以"三个代表"重要理论和科学发展观为指导,更好地确立反邪教网络文化理念;拓展平台,积极开展丰富多彩的反邪教网络文化活动;突出重点,建设权威网站,打造反邪教网络文化精品;科学整合资源,建设反邪教网络文化体系。

| Abstract: | Web is not only a mode of economic operation but also a cultural phenomenon. Web culture is based on traditional culture with its own characteristics such as openness, structuralism in form, dynamic content and loose control, which have great impact and influence on traditional culture. On the Era of information technology represented by internet, web culture should take "three representatives" as an guidance and take full responsibility in combating evil cults. |
