| 摘 要： | 构建现代监狱企业制度有其必要性,但是,用现代企业制度的特征、人力资源的构成、内在动力原则、有限责任原则、多元投资原则等方面与监狱企业对照来看,监狱企业与现代企业制度差距甚大。因此,应该构建与监狱企业发展水平相适应的现代监狱企业制度,需要构建有效的产权实现形式,完善的激励机制和公平的人才机制。

| Abstract: | It's necessary for prison enterprise to form the institution of modern enterprise system.However,considering the characteristics of modern enterprise,component of human resources,principle of inner motivation,principle of limited responsibility and so on,prison enterprise is far away from the modern enterprise system.Therefore,it's essential for prison enterprise to set up the institution of modern enterprise system which is suitable to development of prison enterprise. |
