Administrative compulsory execution,as a part of administrative coercion,is related to the significant rights of administrative opposite person's body,property etc.Today,with emphasizing legality and human rights increasingly,these significant rights which belong to citizens are taken seriously by rulers more and more.At the same time,administrative power has the danger that administrators abuse it,and there are probably illegal or inappropriate conditions in the administrative compulsory execution,too.Therefore,law should control the administrative compulsory execution effectively,for protecting the legal rights of citizens.For achieving this aim,law needs to use several regulatory methods,and legal remedy is the important part in them.In many nations where administration is strictly ruled by law,the legal remedy systems of the administrative compulsory execution,which have different characteristics,are all quite perfect.Our nation should concern and learn some foreign successful experiences in the legislative process.For some problems and shortcomings in the present legal remedy system of our nation,this author raises the relevant legislative conceptions.
