| 摘 要： | 中国农村治理中县乡、乡农、县农三者之间的关系存在着诸多不足。乡村治理结构的制度设计应以“为农民提供公共服务”为原则 ,从根本上改革县乡关系 ,向农民赋予更多的权利。

The institutional design should be based on the principle of “making public work for the peasants”, change the county township relation mode and empower more rights to the peasants. |
