| 摘 要： | 21世纪的头二十年,江西面临着千载难逢的大机遇。我国开始进入全面建设小康社会的新阶段,这是江西大发展机遇的宏观背景;我国改革的新突破,为江西提供了大发展机遇的制度保证;我国亟待建立新的经济增长核心,是江西大发展的战略良机;而丰富的资源、低成本和区域优势,是江西大发展机遇的有利条件。我们要把握和利用好孕育着的重要战略机遇期,通过大机遇促进江西的大发展。

China has entered a new period of building a well-off society in an all-round way, which is a macro-background to the great development opportunity of Jiangxi. Meanwhile, China has a new breakthrough in reform, which provides the system guarantee for Jiangxi's great development. Moreover, China's seeking for the establishment of the core of a new economic growth provides Jiangxi with a strategic opportunity, while the abundant resources, the low cost and the regional advantage are the favorable factors for the great development. Such an important strategic opportunity should be grasped to promote the great development of Jiangxi.</td>
