| 摘 要： | 当前，普遍存在的行业垄断现象已成为社会关注的焦点问题。在我国从计划经济向市场经济转轨的过程中，政府对自然垄断行业的规制仍然存在着诸多失灵的领域。本文在分析我国自然垄断行业自身特点及政府规制失灵原因的基础上，指出了防范自然垄断行业中政府规制失灵的路径。

| Abstract: | At present,the prevalence of monopoly industries has become the focus of social problems. In the process of transition from a planned economy to market economy,The chinese government regulations for the natural monopoly industries still exist many areas of failure. This article points out the paths of preventing the failures of government regulations for the natural monopoly industries on the basis of analyzing the chinese natural monopoly industries＇own characteristics and causes of the failures of government regulations. |
