| Abstract: | Party building is one of the three magic weapons of Chinese Communist Party, of which party conduct building is an important part. The Communist Party has been attaching great importance to conduct building. There are two ways for conduct building, i.e. education and system. Under the new circumstances in the new century, to pay more attention to system innovation is of more pertinence to party conduct building. |
