| Abstract: | China's accession to WTO has brought about opportunities for the water conservancy industries to develop and also required the industries to be integrated into the market economy.The Divert-water-from-the-Yellow-River Work's "accession to WTO"in advance has further proved that accesson to WTO will play a facilitative role in pushing forward the reform in water conservancy of China . |
