“大村制”改革的背景、争议与逻辑

随着城市化进程的深入,农民进城务工或者转变成城市居民的人数日益众多,已造成一些村庄呈现"空心化"急增的趋势。在这种大背景下,内地的广大农村地区开始探索村庄合并,实行大村制改革。在建设社会主义新农村新时期,在大部制和乡镇改革的政策诉求下,大村制日益成为改革潮流。然而,在农村的村民自治体系尚未完善时,如何理性看待政府主导的大村制改革,才更应该引起人们的关注。
