| 摘 要： | 运用统计调查数据和投入—产出的 DEA 模型对西部地区产学研合作效率的测算结果表明,西部地区的产学研合作效率差距较大,总体水平较低;对技术成果转化率的分析表明科研院所、高校的科技成果虽然能间接地影响企业利润和科技战略,但并没直接影响大中型企业的创新能力

| Abstract: | The result of industry-academia-research cooperation rate in the west areas that tested by using statistics and DEA mode shows that the industry-academia-research cooperation rate are varied from areas to areas in the west,and the general level is low.The analysis of sci-tech achievements transformation rate shows that even though the achievements from academies and universities can affect the profits and sci-tech strategy of enterprises indirectly,have little direct influence on the innovation capability of big and medium sized enterprises. |
