| 摘 要： | 循环型经济是一种新型经济发展模式,随着环境问题日益突出,一些发达国家开始重视改革现有不合理的经济发展模式,促使本国经济朝着循环型经济发展.本文通过介绍循环经济的概念和基本特点,总结国外循环经济法的立法经验,对比德日两国与美国的循环经济立法,透视我国相关立法现状及存在的问题,对我国循环经济法的建立健全与配套制度的完善提出建议.

| Abstract: | Recycling economy is a new pattern of economic growth. Facing increasingly heavy pressure from environment and nature resources, some developed countries have taken innovative measures to free themselves from the present irrational economic development pattern, strongly promoting recycling economy in their own countries. The article introduces the concept and characteristics of recycling economy, and concludes advanced legislation experience on recycling economy. Comparing recycling economy regulations in Gernany, Japan and America, the author suggests focusing on our country's regulations concerned with recycling economy and certain problems in them, and puts forward some advices to promote our legislation on recycling economy. |
