| 摘 要： | 激励性规制理论是20世纪90年代以后在西方兴起的一种新的规制理论,它是在解决传统规制方式由于规制双方信息不对称而导致的低效率问题时,将博弈论、信息经济学等微观经济学前沿理论和分析方法引入产业经济学研究所取得的理论成果,也是近20年来西方规制经济学取得的最新和最为重要的成果之一.

| Abstract: | The theory of inspiring rules and regulations boomed in the west in 1990s. It is a theoretical achievement achieved by bringing such latest methods as micro - economic theories and analysis in the study of industry economics to solve the problem of low - efficiency resulting from the inequality of information amount possessed by the system makers and the system followers in the traditional systems. It is also one of the latest and most important achievements achieved in western system economics in the recent 20 years. |
