| 摘 要： | 对南宁市民的问卷调查进行的定量研究发现，地方政府的行政行为，如积极回应公民需求、政府工作人员的工作作风、政务公开状况等可控因素会影响到公民对政府的评价。因此，改进这些方面的工作绩效，会提高政府的形象，增强公民对政府的满意度。
