推进妇女法学进入中国高等法学院校的对策

妇女法学是一门研究有关妇女权益保障的一系列法律的产生、运用与发展规律的学科。由于其尚处于建设初期,所以还未形成独立和成熟的理论框架和学科体系。高等法学院校的人才和信息资源丰富,又是法学理论研究的主阵地,可以为妇女法学的发展提供广阔的空间。我们应该充分地利用这种优势,将妇女法学引入高等法学院校,加快妇女法学的研究和学科建设。本文将针对推进妇女法学进入中国高等法学院校的对策进行初步探讨。

Strategies to Promote Women's Law Studies into the Curriculum of the Law Schools at Universities

Women's law studies focuses on the design,use and development of laws that protect women's rights and interests.Thanks to its earlier stage of development,it still has to yet establish its own independent and advanced theory and curriculum.Since university law schools are rich in research capability and information resources and the main base for jurisprudential studies,they can provide room for the development of women's law studies.We should make good use of the resources law schools can provide,incorporate women's law studies into the curriculum of law schools and promote research and curriculum development in women's law studies.This paper discusses strategies to promote women's law studies in the university law school curriculum.
