公安院校警务技战术课程改革探析

目前,国内公安院校的警务技能战术课程存在突出的问题,大大影响了警务技能战术训练的质量,在基层实际执法中没有达到理想效果。针对这些现象,应对相应课程进行积极改革创新,加强教官队伍建设,使警务技能战术教学训练更贴近公安实战,满足警察实际执法的需要,顺应当前公安工作面临的新形势和新任务的要求。
