On the Theoretical Sources Of the Islacic Law

The theoretical sources of the Islamic Law is a traditional as well as a modern issue,which haw been rediscussed with the rise of the Islamic Renaissance Movement.Topics on the Islamic Law,on its sources,on its types and on its development in the modern and contemporary societies have been drawing a wide attention.In this essay,four aspects of the Islamic Law,including its concept,its significance,its four traditional sources and their main characteristics,are discussed.
