| 摘 要： | 单位共同犯罪是指包括单位在内的两个以上主体的共同故意犯罪 ,它是客观上存在、理论上成立的共同犯罪形态之一。“共同单位犯罪”称谓有其不科学不规范之处 ,应将单位之间的共同犯罪称为“纯粹的单位共同犯罪”并纳入到单位共同犯罪的基本形态之中。

| Abstract: | Unit joint crime refers to the joint purposeful crime committed by two subjects inclusive of one unit and is one form of the joint crime both in practice and on paper.The name of "joint unit crime" is neither scientific nor regular and the joint crime among units should be called "pure unit joint crime",which should be classified into the basic form of unit joint crime. |
