| 摘 要： | 《刑法修正案（六）》增设的擅自运用客户资金或者其他委托、信托的财产罪，改变了我国挪用期货交易保证金行为按照挪用资金罪认定的规定，是完善我国关于挪用期货交易保证金的刑事立法的重要一步。借鉴国外相关立法规定，我国关于挪用期货交易保证金的刑事立法还需进一步完善。

| Abstract: | Compare the criminal law with other countries and areas;we can make our criminal law better than before.It is an im-portant thing that the futures crime has been consummated on base of the existed futures crime issue on the sixth amendment of crimi-nal law in June 2006.But the futures crime legislation is not so comprehensive in the real life what requests the authority consummates the futures crime legislation unceasingly according to the character of the futures market. |
