| Abstract: | There are two internal and external causes of the morality"landslip"phenomenon in the present stage in our country."Implement Outline of Citizen Morality Building"shows us the goal of morality building in the first stage with Chinese characterestic socialism. The outline is of important guiding meaning to deal with the problem of morality "landslip", and to strengthen the socialist morality building. |
