| 摘 要： | 民族精神是一个民族赖以生存和发展的精神支撑.中国共产党历来重视弘扬和培育中华民族精神.十六大以来新一届中央领导集体仍然非常重视弘扬和培育民族精神,根据时代和实践发展要求,注重诠释革命战争时期民族精神的当代价值,注重发挥革命先烈的崇高革命精神对全体党员的教育作用,注意提炼新的民族精神和时代精神.
