| 摘 要： | 非营利组织是社会保障的生力军 ,福利多元主义、合作主义、管理理论以及第三方管理理论为非营利组织参与社会保障提供了坚实的理论基础。非营利组织能够满足多元化的保障服务要求 ,降低服务成本 ,提高效率和质量 ,建立多元化的保障基金筹资渠道 ,缓解人口的老龄化危机 ,扩大就业渠道 ,从而推动社会保障的发展。

| Abstract: | Non-profit making organization is a vital new force in social security. The welfare pluralism, the cooperationlism and the third-party government provide theoretical foundation for its participating social security. It can meet the pluralismistic need for service of security. It can reduce cost but increase efficiency and quality, help build the pluralismistic channel for raising security fund, alleviate the crisis of aging of population, expand the employment, thus propel the social security forward. |
