必须努力创造条件、在全党形成学习和研究理论的浓厚空气,健全学习制度。在学习理论的态 度上,既要认真,也要持久;在学习理论的方法上、制定计划,发扬“挤”和“钻”的精神,在掌握 马克思主义的立场、观点、方法并用以指导实践上下功夫;在学习内容上,重点学习邓小平理论,学 习马克思主义哲学,学习社会科学和自然科学理论;在学习风气上,发扬理论联系实际的学风,进行 理论创新。

The condition should be tried to provide so as to form a rich air in studying and researching into the theory and strengthen study system in our Party.
