| 摘 要： | 由于法治功能的弱化,近些年山西民用爆炸物品治安问题突出、管理失控。因此,必须大力培育公民的现代法律意识,尽快完善民爆法律制度,不断提高执法效益,及时采取法治对策加以治理。

| Abstract: | Due to the weakening of the legal system,in recent years the problems of civilian explosive devices in Shanxi are highlighted and the management is out of control.Therefore,we must make great efforts to cultivate the modern legal awareness of the citizens,continually improve the effectiveness of law enforcement,and take measures to control it. |
