低碳壁垒及健全我国应对法律机制之思考

当今社会,低碳理念在国际贸易中已然形成一种新风尚。但是,当我们提倡发展低碳经济的同时,也不得不正视国际贸易中低碳壁垒的快速发展。在此背景下我们可以清楚地看到,低碳壁垒作为一种新型非关税壁垒正在逐步成为中国开展对外贸易的新障碍。对这一问题进行探讨具有重大的理论和现实意义。本文在介绍低碳经济时代背景的基础上,剖析了低碳壁垒形成的主要原因,并进一步阐明了其主要表现形式和对我国出口贸易的影响,在此基础上,提出了健全我国应对低碳壁垒的法律机制的意见与建议,以期对我国在实践中应对低碳壁垒有所帮助和启发。
