| Abstract: | Against the background of Korean political transformation since 1987,this paper investigates the change in the relation between NGOs and government,discusses the reason of this change and the situation of NGOs in the process of democratization,and explores the shaping function in political democratization and the relation between state and society.At the same time,it also provides a new perspective for understanding Korean political development and NGO's function and value. |
